SALON POLICIES

TO OUR VALUED GUESTS…

LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY:

We ask that you please arrive 5 minutes earlier than your salon services for all appointments. Arriving late will limit the time of your service(s) or may run into our next scheduled appointment; which may reduce effectiveness and enjoyment of the services.  As a courtesy, we will attempt to confirm all appointments through text and/or email. All salon services require a major credit card to secure a reservation and certain services may require a up to a 50% deposit to secure reservation.  

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. If you happen to be running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If 15 minutes late or more, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, out of respect to all our guests with scheduled appointments, we cannot guarantee all or any of the services scheduled will be performed and may result in rescheduling.

FEES: all cancel/reschedule fees apply

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that situations may occur and you might have to cancel your appointment(s),  however, we do require 24 hours notice from the time of your appointment. Dimensional color or appointments that are 4+ hours, require a 48 hour notice.

FEES: No fee if canceled more than 48 to 24 hours. Less than 24 hours: 50% of service that was scheduled. The credit card on file will be charged automatically or if no card is on file, an invoice will be sent and must be paid before any rebooking takes place.

Multiple cancellations/reschedules of 3 or more will also require a 100% deposit towards your next booking. The deposit will go towards your service and will be deducted from the total at the end of your service.

NO SHOW POLICY:

Please understand that this is our livelihood. We ask to please respect our time and if you can not make your appointment for ANY reason, please let us know prior instead of not showing at all.

FEES: 100% of ANY service. Credit card on file will be charged automatically 30 minutes after not showing or an invoice will be sent before any rebooking takes place. Services that are less than $20 are waived for the first time canceling or no showing.

SERVICE REDO POLICY:

Our goal is to provide professional services that meet your needs and expectations. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 3 days of your visit and we're happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional cost. Any adjustments must align with our original consultation. Adjustments that alter the original plan, or are requested more than 3 days later, will require full payment. True Color Hair Salon or its stylists are not in the practice of giving refunds on services provided. We do not guarantee any color services if you do not buy and use the retail that we offer. This is because many of the over the counter products will alter the pH and strip the color off your hair. We will make recommendations based on your exact hair type, styling routine, and what will help to maintain the color.

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, we will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.  

Gift Certificates and Deposits are non-refundable. However, they do not expire.

SAFETY POLICY:

Children are only permitted on the salon floor when receiving a service. For safety reasons, and out of respect for our other guests, no child may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a salon environment.

SAVED PAYMENT METHOD:

All guests' payment methods are stored in our POS system, Boulevard, which is certified Level 1 PCI-Compliant ensuring all credit card information is tokenized and stored in a safe and secure location.

PRICES:

We are always keeping up with the latest trends by taking monthly advanced classes. By taking these classes, our knowledge for color/styling is growing.  Although we make every effort to keep our website service menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.  If you would like to know prices before starting service, please do not hesitate to ask.

GRATUITES:

At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted since they are not included in our service prices. CASH IS ALWAYS PREFERED.  Gratuity is not included in gift certificates.

FORMS of PAYMENT:

True Color Hair Salon accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Bank debit cards, and personal checks.  True Color Hair Salon gift cards are available. Gift certificates are not redeemable if reported lost or stolen. 

COUPONS:

Not all stylists participate in specials, therefore we ask that you please mention when booking appointments.

 CONFIDENTIALITY and PRIVACY:

Every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your stylist will remain confidential. Client information and email lists are confidential and will not be sold or shared with outside companies.
