Your Schedule
We believe you work to live, but shouldn't live to work. That is why none of our stylists work more than 4 days per week and we offer flexible scheduling.
Commission stylists choice to work 2, 3 or 4 day a week schedules.
Our Team
While our space is gorgeous, our team is the most beautiful piece at True Color. Our stylist are inspired, caring and take their career seriously.
We have a "positive awareness" about each and every team member in our salon. Those who are unmotivated, negative or don't care to connect with the rest of the group won't be invited to join our team. You can have peace of mind in knowing that if you choose to work with us as a commission stylist, you'll love the stylist working to your left and right.
Your Clients
Get ready to spoil your clients rotten. All of our stylist choose to embrace our 5 service standards which ensures a pleasant customer experience for all guest who come to the salon.
We proudly provide towels, drapes, robes, backbar, retail to sale, station products, a coffee bar, stocked snacks, and a selection of shared clips, tint brushes, bowls and wisks for your use.
We also have a gorgeous social media page to help promote your business, offer optional marketing campaigns and you'll love welcoming your guests to our inviting salon space.
